EMERGENCIES
We define emergencies as problems that require immediate attention to avoid injury to you or your family, or damage to your property, your home or your lot. These problems include:
1. A total stop page of the plumbing drain system or sewage backs up. The stoppage of one toilet or drain is not an emergency.
2. A water leak, which requires that the water supply to your home be shut off to avoid serious, water damage. A leak which can be isolated by the shutoffs under a cabinet or plumbing fixture is not an emergency.
3. A total electrical failure.
4. Total loss of heat or air-conditioning.
5. Total loss of water.

In the event of an emergency as defined above, to avoid injury or serious property damage, your first step is to protect yourself and your family from harm. When it is safe to do so, arrange for service by calling the Customer Care Department of Concordia Homes, or the emergency number above evening, weekends and holidays.
